UAC Questionnaire

The Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) (open an external page) provides applicants with an opportunity to advise the disability services staff in the universities they list as preferences of their need for disability related services. If you tell UAC you have a disability on your application form and return their questionnaire the information will only be handed on to disability services staff in the universities to which you have applied.

Special Needs staff encourage you to let us know as soon as you make UTS a preference in applying for university admission, especially if you will need texts in alternative formats (e.g. large print, audio, Braille) or services such as notetaking or sign language interpreters.
