To get the most from our services, and help us to provide the best possible service for you:
Make contact early
Call and arrange a consultation as soon as you think there's something we can help.
- If it's difficult for you to come in telephone appointments can be arranged.
- If it's difficult for you to come to City campus we can also meet you at Kuring-gai campus.
Bringing whatever documentation of your disability you have to your first appointment. If you don't have documentation we can advise you on obtaining what is necessary to the university.

If you will need assessment arrangements during the semester rather than just for formal exams, please see your Academic Liaison Officer (ALO) at the beginning of the semester to ensure the arrangements are made with a minimum of fuss.
