What Peer Networkers Say
Here is what some of the current Peer Networkers say about being a Peer Networker.

I found that, you know, people in higher positions, like Director of Student Services, and even the Vice Chancellor heard about us...
One very important thing for me...you come onto the e-mail lists...I got my library job from Peer Networking.
I think it makes us more comfortable in going around the uni, ... in knowing where the stuff is... like Student Services, International Office, that sort of thing.

I am very pleased about the good work we've done during Orientation. I was wearing the orange t-shirt the other day on the way from uni to Central Station and somebody pointed at me, shouted "very helpful". I was very proud inside at that moment.
I just wanted to say how much I've enjoyed PN, and how it has defintely affected my university experience. I dont think uni would be the same for me without the PN experience and all the people in it. Thanks a lot for all your hard work, and recruiting an awesome array of students each orientation. Many are now very good friends of mine.
It improves your self-confidence, you learn about teamwork.
I can't believe that I will finish my study and have a new start soon!! I really really had a good time with you guys. I was a little bit shy, because of the language. I felt great that I could help new students and made some great friends there as well. Peer Networking will be my good memory when I look back one day.
It was so much fun! - I could really say with clear conscience to internationals that "the PN is the most fun you'll have on campus". I'm going to miss it.
Since I joined the Peer Network I've grown to really love uni. I have a place here, I have friends here, it's a second home to me.
