Blackfriars, The Residence

Blackfriars are self maintained apartments owned by UTS and managed by the Housing Service for accommodating post graduate students.

Blackfriars is intended to provide a supportive network for research students.

The apartments are located in the heritage listed Blackfriars site, and within easy walking distance to the City and Haymarket campus, 3 minutes to Broadway Shopping Centre.

Blackfriars offer one and three bedroom fully-furnished apartments with the following facilities:

• Kitchen including stove and a microwave
• Telephone line
• Washing machine and dryer
