Tenancy Advice
The Housing Service can can provide detailed advice to students regarding all tenancy matters. This can include information about:
- bond money
- up-front rent
- rent receipts
- required notice for ending leases
- requesting maintenance from your landlord or real estate agency
- information about your rights, and
- the landlords rights.
Students experiencing difficulties with private rental tenancy matters such as disputes with landlords or share house conflicts can get information about their rights and responsibilities as a tenant.
