Understanding and managing depression
Feeling depressed?
Have you noticed yourself or someone you know:
- Feeling down or low and can’t snap out of it?
- Being more irritable than usual?
- Having trouble concentrating on your work or studies?
- Wanting to withdraw from other people?
- Having trouble concentrating on your studies?
- Having trouble with sleeping or eating?
