Complaints advice
The Counselling Service offers initial advice to students who are seeking to make a complaint. Sometimes your counsellor may consider that your faculty or another unit of the university (e.g. Student Association, Equity & Diversity Unit, Student Ombud) is better able to help you. In this case, the counsellor will assist you to make contact.
