What can you do to prepare for them?

Research the company and industry
Familiarize yourself with psychometric testing
Review your resume and application
Think about what the organisation is looking for and how these behaviors can be demonstrated
Get a good night's sleep before
Listen carefully to instructions at the start of the day
Be aware that process is as important as content and that you are being assessed on it throughout
Remain focused and motivated
Be yourself
Ask for feedback if you were not successful
