What happens after an assessment centre?

An Assessment Centre usually concludes with a social event, tea or evening drinks, and you are still being assessed in these informal situations. Candidate feedback is usually in a short timeframe - marking the end of the recruitment process.

Successful candidates will either be offered places or may be invited back for a final interview with a senior staff member. This final interview is most often to assess cultural fit and make sure the person is comfortable with the candidate working in their team.
