Targeted mail and email

Put your promotional materials advertising your employment opportunities or career opportunities within your profession straight into the hands of students! Let us co-ordinate a targeted mailout on your behalf either via email or post.

Costs for mailouts and e-mailouts are on a per envelope or per email basis:

  • $2.50 per standard DL envelope (up to 250 grams)
  • $3.00 per standard A4 envelope (up to 125 grams)
  • $1.10 per electronic mail

A minimum charge of $60 applies for each mailout. We reserve the right to charge a $110 administration fee if you do not proceed with a mailout requiring complex searches. Please ask us about charges for non-standard weights. All charges quoted are GST inclusive.

When you proceed with a mailout, your vacancy or program is promoted via our jobs advertising service free-of-charge. We can paraphrase your ad using the text from your mailout or you can provide separate text.

Should you wish to proceed with a targeted mailout to UTS students, please email the Careers service and tell us which students you are looking for:

  • Local or international students
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate students
  • Final year or penultimate year students
  • The discipline/s required e.g. Finance, Civil Engineering, I.T.

The following UTS information will be helpful when planning your recruitment and campus activities:

You will then be advised via email of the exact student numbers and the total cost of the mailout. Please do not send any materials to the Careers Service until exact numbers and costs have been provided to you.

This service is available throughout the year. All mail distributed by the Careers service must be sent in UTS envelopes, packaged by Careers service staff and include our disclaimer:
