BUiLD (Beyond UTS International Leadership Development)
BUiLD is an exciting and dynamic international leadership program, open to all UTS students. The program provides opportunities for you to make the most of your time at UTS, develop your leadership potential and take part in a range of local and international activities.
Joining BUiLD gives you the ability to go beyond the academic curriculum of your degree. It’s free to join and will give you access to a world of opportunities.
Join BUiLD and develop your:
- Capabilities – be inspired by internationally renowned leaders and participate in interactive seminars on important global issues.
- Connections - create networks with students and professionals from diverse backgrounds. Learn networking skills and develop them with other students, alumni and industry professionals.
- Community - get involved with global community projects, study overseas, learn a language or undertake an internship or volunteer project.
When you join BUiLD you’ll receive a detailed induction email that will introduce you to the program, and give you all the information you need to choose your personal BUiLD pathway. You’ll also gain access to all our events, opportunities and resources through UTS Online, a platform that will kick start your BUiLD journey.
You'll develop your international leadership skills through on campus seminars, guest lectures, international relations events and networking sessions. These activities will make up the compulsory component of your BUiLD program and prepare you for some of the elective aspects of the program.
